Return Policy 

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you're not satisfied with your k okoroPet , please contact us at support@kokoropet.jp within 3 days of receiving your product . We'll do our best to resolve any concerns or issues you may have.

However, since each kokoroPet is made to order and it takes a great deal of time and effort to create an order for you, we do not accept returns as a general rule.
We appreciate your understanding and support of the production process.

Order Cancellation Policy 

To secure your place on our waiting list, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is required at the time of booking to reserve time and resources for creating your custom piece.

If you cancel your order before we begin production of your custom piece, we will refund the amount you have paid, excluding the non-refundable 20% deposit.
Once we have begun production of your order, we cannot accept cancellations or returns due to the nature of our completely handmade products.

Change Order Policy 

If you wish to change your order, please contact us via email and official LINE as soon as possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request after this period.
